Add optional column on Detail report for "Internal Notes"

Internal notes currently are only shown on the field report, so with the field report not being real time data, if we need a report in real time with internal notes, there is no way to get it besides communicating with support to update the field report sync time manually. Can we have an optional column for internal notes on detail report?
