"Check All" checkboxes for the filters on Enhanced Reporting

Previously with the dashboard views, when filtering on groups or users or anything, you could always "Check All" in order to be able to uncheck a specific list of groups quickly, rather than have to click one by one into each group and select them. For example, if you have 100 groups but want to see a summary dashboard view of 98 out of 100 of the groups, you have to manually select 98 groups, there is no quick way to do so.
