Ability to Edit Automated Emial

We need the ability to create our own text for the automated email that gets sent to a member that registers for an account. Currently, the email says the password is the same as their active directory log in, and that simply isn't true. The outside organizations that will be registering for accounts don't even have Active Directory with us!
