Allowing ML to Synch with Snap Manage two-ways

When events are created in Snap Manage (previously 8to18) they will synch with ML Schedules, but when events are created in ML they do synch with Snap Manage. A lot of school create and manage their athletic events through Snap Manage, while managing all other school events and facility rentals through ML. Figuring out a way to have events created in ML synch with Snap Manage would save a lot of time for administrators and school personnel that currently spend a lot of time cross referencing events to make sure there are no conflicts.
