The purpose of a scheduling program is to plan, organize, invoice, etc. To accomplish this task in a school district, Reports need to be pulled to gather information for different groups of people within the district. If required by the district to enter information in the "Additional Information" format, reports are being pulled, however that information is not on the report and at times cannot be seen. In this era of saving money, this causes wasted time copying, pasting and making screenshots to be assured all the information is in one place.

We tried putting blocked dates and calendar information in the reports. The format is so different compared to events the data did not line up.
