Revenue Report Export

Noticed within the Revenue Report when you export it to excel it does not export the headers of the report shown within ML Schedules and there are 2 empty rows at the top.

Having this report export with the headers as it shows in ML Schedules and without 2 blank rows at the top will make the report my usable with far less manual editing that what is currently involved.
