More ways to pull Invoice reports

We would like a bit more freedom for custom reports. For instance, we were looking to pull additional fees (specifically staff fees) that we charged, based off the request date. Right now you can only pull a report with invoice line items based on invoice date, not request date. Ideally, our reports we would like to be based of request dates rather than when requests are invoiced.
