We have several community groups who might be scheduled by 1 manager, but the persons at the event are someone else. We have to have emergency contact info for the "adult-in-charge" at all events. It would be very helpful to have an "Event Contact" field, where the contact data entered would be associated with the requesting group. I know I can add contacts to each group. It would be very beneficial if we could access contact info from the request form.

Thanks for the idea. Since contacts already appear on the request form, are you looking to show their additional info, such as email and phone number, not just their name?
Could you elaborate on what specific information you would like to see from group contacts?
