Add Additional Notify Users as columns on Manage Sites and Spaces grids

To make the site administration more user friendly, the option to add more columns to reports would save massive amounts of time for users. There are a couple of areas where this would be useful:

with staff changing more frequently in past year or 2 it has become very time consuming to keep users current. In manage users; if there is an option to include the user groups to the report, an audit of users and their groups could be done more frequently and would help keep ML schedules performing in the way it is intended.

in manage spaces or sites; if we were able to add the additional notify column to reports, we could easier see all in one location and verify that requests are being seen by the correct users.
