Add "Days Pending Total" and "Days Pending Current Step" to View All Pending

An aging report is needed that will define how long requests have been pending with a particular person. And a report that captures the overall length of time that a request has been pending.

Detail Report - replace "x" button with "Clear Filter" button

It would be beneficial to have "Clear All Filters" instead like on the other reports. This also happens on the Calendar as well.

Track Uploaded Files via Report

I would like to see which requests have uploaded files, and which ones do not. A report would make this much easier.

Ability to control when custom reports are sent

We would like the ability to choose when the reports go out - Day/Time Right now, its only on Friday at 7M
