I would like to see a calendar list for 12 month so we can see the year at a glance. In addition, I would like to be able to put in the calendar search bar an event and all those events populate without being in that month.

Future consideration
There should be a "Multiple Space and Time" field added to the New Request form to make it a one-step process to enter that info vs. having to manually changes the times needed; thereby, eliminating the chance for errors

When an invoice needs to be changed, the user can use the "EDIT" button to modify at the reservation level and not have to do what you just sent to me regarding removing from the invoice,modify,add back. Not user friendly, changes should be easier...
