Easier way to Mass update fields

It would be beneficial to see a report for HVAC use and be able to modify a recurring request based on missing fields.

I want to be able to see notes more accessible for all recurring requests. Right now, you have to click on the event individually. Or run a report.

I would like to see which requests have uploaded files, and which ones do not. A report would make this much easier.

Add "Awaiting Approval" Filter to the schedule view. This will allow anyone to filter on schedules that are pending their approval.

Right now, new lines do not show in emails, so it doesn't get broken up.

I would like to add "Approved Date" to the report so I can see when the requests were approved at the report level.
