There is a classification setting regarding "Agree to Estimated Costs" - I would like to be able to print out the request details and have it show if the group agreed to them or not. Groups have been disputing costs even though they cannot continu...

When sending an email from a request to users not in the system, there is no way to track the emails to see what was sent. 

I want to be able to see notes more accessible for all recurring requests. Right now, you have to click on the event individually. Or run a report.

I would like to be able to export the Email History for Reporting Purposes.

I would like the export to match the column order in the report I am viewing.

Right now, new lines do not show in emails, so it doesn't get broken up.

Current Space Rate Report only shows standard hourly rate even if the Minimum Charge feature has been used. Village staff makes requests for a report on facility rates and I have to put together manually by doing screen scrapes for each space.

It would be beneficial to have the ability to run reports for manual entries within the Field Rates. We have quite a few and it's very time consuming going into each one to review the pricing.

When generating a custom report, it would be nice if there was a way to have it not send out if there's no information on it. Our report is set to pull all rental information for the next 10 days, so if there are no rentals, a report should not be...
