There is a classification setting regarding "Agree to Estimated Costs" - I would like to be able to print out the request details and have it show if the group agreed to them or not. Groups have been disputing costs even though they cannot continu...

Start tracking and showing emails that are sent to non-users

When sending an email from a request to users not in the system, there is no way to track the emails to see what was sent.

Show Newlines in Notes/Emails

Right now, new lines do not show in emails, so it doesn't get broken up.

Enhanced Reports need exact Date filter instead of just month/year selections

"Check All" checkboxes for the filters on Enhanced Reporting

Previously with the dashboard views, when filtering on groups or users or anything, you could always "Check All" in order to be able to uncheck a specific list of groups quickly, rather than have to click one by one into each group and select them...
