Blocked Dates/Calendar Information

It would be helpful to see who created individual block dates so that we can contact the creator if additional information is needed, such as intended for all areas? all groups? length of time? Block dates are a frequent trouble area for our users.

It would be great if holidays showed on the calendars and if we had the option of blocking out the holidays we select to block.
